Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using G-Loop (“the Software”), or by creating an account on our website (g-loop.it), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Software. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MEGADV di Andrea Tedesco, with registered office at Piazza dei Mille 18, 88049 Soveria Mannelli (CZ), Italy.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a:

• Non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software
• Limited to the number of devices, printers and companion phones specified by your subscription plan and any active addons
• For personal and commercial use — you may use G-Loop in your print farm or business operations
• When the G-Print add-on is installed, the Software may keep running in the background (Windows system-tray icon) even after the window is closed, in order to keep remote-printer access and license validation active. You can disable background mode and start-with-Windows at any time from the host panel; automatic startup is optional and must be enabled manually

This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Maintain only one account per person
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• You may also create an account or log in using Google OAuth. In this case, no password is required unless you choose to set one from your account dashboard

• Plans: Starter and Pro plans are available, along with custom plans built from printer tiers and optional addons (G-Storage, G-Print, Priority Updates, Multi-PC). Each plan defines different limits of printers, devices and companion phones. Up-to-date prices and bundles are published on the Pricing page
• Monthly or annual billing: for the Starter and Pro plans you can choose between monthly and annual billing. Annual billing is charged in a single payment at the start of the cycle and applies a discount over the equivalent monthly payment
• Free trial: a free trial period (typically 7 days) may be available on your first Pro purchase, at the end of which the subscription automatically activates at the price of the chosen plan, unless cancelled before expiry
• Payment: processed exclusively via PayPal (recurring subscription or one-off annual payment). We do not collect or store any credit card numbers, bank details, or PayPal transaction details. We only retain the metadata of each payment (date, amount, status, transaction ID and subscription ID) for accounting purposes
• Receipt: for each completed payment you can generate and download a PDF receipt from your dashboard. The receipt includes a yearly progressive number and the data controller’s details and is a non-fiscal document; for Italian SdI electronic invoice requests please contact us by email providing business name, VAT number and SDI code
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date from your PayPal dashboard or G-Loop account
• Price changes: we reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days’ prior notice. Existing subscriptions will not be affected until the first renewal cycle after the notice period. Annual payments already made are not retroactively recalculated

• Each subscription plan specifies a maximum number of desktop devices (PCs), printers and companion phones (for the G-Storage Scanner Android app) on which you may activate the Software and its addons
• The Multi-PC addon allows you to extend the desktop device limit from the base value of your plan up to the limit set by the addon; when deactivated, the limit returns to that of the base plan
• You may deactivate a device or a companion phone from your account dashboard and replace it with a different one
• If you need to use the Software on more devices than your plan allows, you must upgrade to a higher plan or activate the matching addons
• Sharing your account or license key with people outside your household or organization is prohibited. Multiple workstations operated by the same business must use the Multi-PC addon

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software
• Share, distribute, or make your account or license key available to others
• Use the Software for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with license restrictions, device enforcement or security features
• Use automated tools to create multiple accounts or abuse our services
• Submit to the chatbot or publish in contests unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, defamatory content or content infringing third-party rights, or attempt to bypass automated moderation systems
• Upload to contests content that does not belong to you or for which you do not hold the necessary rights, or 3D models containing malware, executable payloads or trademark references you are not allowed to use
• Grant access to your remote printers (G-Print) to unauthorized parties: you are responsible for the privileges you assign to authorized clients on your network

• The G-Loop software, including its code, design, logos, and documentation, is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws
• Your G-code files remain your property. We claim no ownership over any G-code you process with the Software
• If you submit an entry to a contest published on g-loop.it (images, 3D models, descriptions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, distribute and promote that entry on the website, on the contest pages and in related G-Loop marketing materials for the duration of the contest and afterwards for archival purposes. The content remains your property and you may request its removal by contacting us
• Responses generated by the chatbot and AI moderation systems are provided for informational support; they do not replace professional advice and may contain errors. AI output relating to your messages is not used to train third-party models (see Privacy Policy)

• Right of withdrawal (EU consumers): under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of entering into the contract. However, by accepting these Terms and starting to use the Software (e.g. activating the license, downloading receipts or using the authenticated chatbot), you expressly consent to the immediate execution of the service and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once execution is completed, as provided by art. 59(m) of the Italian Consumer Code for digital content
• Monthly subscriptions: you may cancel at any time from your dashboard or through PayPal. No refund is issued for partial months. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Annual subscriptions: you may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the 12 months already paid for. Pro-rata refund requests are reviewed case by case, at our discretion, by contacting support before the next renewal
• Pending payments (auth holds): in some cases PayPal may temporarily hold authorization on a card without capturing the amount (auth hold); in these situations your subscription remains in pending status until the issuing bank releases the authorization (typically 3-7 business days, up to 29 days per PayPal policy). This is not a capture and no refund is issued
• Beta access: the beta program is free of charge and no refund is applicable

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• We are not responsible for any damage to your 3D printer, print bed, prints, or other equipment resulting from the use of G-code processed by G-Loop. Continuous printing involves inherent risks, and you use the Software at your own discretion
• G-Loop is not affiliated with Bambu Lab. “Bambu Lab”, “X1 Carbon”, “P1S”, and related names are trademarks of Shenzhen Tuozhu Technology Co., Ltd.
• G-Loop is not affiliated with 3D Farmers or Farmloop. “Farmloop” and “3D Farmers” are trademarks of their respective owners
• G-Loop is not affiliated with Tailscale, OctoEverywhere or Obico. “Tailscale” is a trademark of Tailscale Inc.; “OctoEverywhere” and “Obico” are trademarks of their respective owners. These names are referenced for descriptive and comparative purposes only
• AI features (chatbot, automated moderation, content review): the output of AI systems is provided without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose. Automated moderation decisions can be reviewed on request by writing to support
• Remote printers (G-Print): you are responsible for the security of your local network, the privileges you grant to clients and the integrity of files sent to your remote printers. Print traffic does not transit through our servers and we cannot intervene on commands sent directly to the printer
• Service availability: the Software and website are provided as available. We plan updates to minimize downtime but do not guarantee a specific uptime. In case of extended outages we do not offer automatic refunds, except as required by mandatory law
• Software integrity: the desktop application is distributed with code signing issued to MEGADV di Andrea Tedesco. The signature attests the publisher and the integrity of the file. Any operating-system warnings about an “unknown publisher” during early installations are due to the gradual reputation build-up with Microsoft SmartScreen and do not indicate tampering with the Software

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Software shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and license if you violate these Terms, without prior notice and without refund
• You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@g-loop.it
• Upon termination, your license is immediately revoked and you must cease all use of the Software. Any data associated with your account will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts. If you are a consumer within the EU, you retain your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice via email or through the Software before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Software after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Software and cancel your subscription.
